I always loved J-Lo. My dad is Puerto Rican and is from Manhattan. My uncle in Ponce, Puerto Rico didn't know him and they were separated when my dad was placed in an orphanage with half of his siblings. I know more about Latina culture from the Mexicans in my life than I do about Puerto Ricans. But, I remember looking up to J-Lo and following her growing up. She lies about not getting plastic surgery and falsely claims is her olive oil skin care that is keeping her young oh please 🙄. I admire her physical appearance, but I'm not her fan. Shakira is a better latina artist, multi talented, smart, naturally beautiful and humble.
