Idk if she will actually see this. I wasn't initially a big JLo fan. But I saw the film, which led me to listening to the álbum, to watching the documentary. Even though I have not gone through the same experiences in the same way, I saw so much of myself and my pain in this film. I'm 30 years old, latina, and just thought these are the motions of life. But I realize I am young, and even though I have yet to go through the darkness of the tunnel, I am eager to seek the light at the end of the tunnel. This doesn't have to be it, if ones willing to do the work. Thank you for showing us through your álbum, film and your real life.

It’s like in the Bible the scripture that’s we must be tried in the fire to come out as pure Gold! I honestly feel like their Love Story is just meant to be. Back in ‘02 I’m sure it was overwhelming to have everyone formulate an opinion on your Love life…..but this time around…things will be different…….I love this documentary bc it’s very honest & it doesn’t sugarcoat anything…the making of “This Is Me…Now” album has been very transparent but I’m just not sure if the abstract biographical musical/movie does the album real justice like back in ‘02. The real reason why the “Feeling So Good” video did very well is because it was transparently honest it transcended “On The 6”. It’s not about being abstract but about being transparent & transformative bc that’s who Jenny is at the center of her core….honesty is the theme & I don’t think her & Dave Meyers did this new album the real justice that it deserves. The actors performances were lackluster at best …& it doesn’t hit the same. It’s like I thought we were gonna be able to see directly into her heart & instead we got to see into her mind!!! This is a celebratory moment & the art is biographical abstract!!!

It came from true love, inspired by her life partner, and i found it to be really creative engaging and something never done before. Which goes perfectly with a love story never told before. Anyway I loved the short musical film, the documentary, and the music. People just can’t have nice things. Like myself, I feel you are often misunderstood and under valued. It's a hard feeling when you recognize this. I'm happy you found the love of your life. Some people find it more than once. For example, my niece lost her 1st true love & husband in a tragedy. 2 years later she married someone also her true and forever love. He understands when she grieves for her 1st husband. I tell her she is lucky to find that true love twice in her life. Some, like me, never find it. I look forward to watching the film. Can someone tell me where and when I can watch it? Yes this was the best docemary that I seen in a long time. To see Jlo aka Mrs Affleck be honest to say I am good was a cover up to her broken heart. She never value herself or loved herself enough and that why she dates the wrong guys. The part that got me is when she cried and said I could not speak for years after me and Ben broke up as I was so heart broken as I lost my bestest friend I ever had. The part where she said Ben believe in her told her self worth about herself and no one she dated done this before. He loved her inside and out even with no make up on and dress like a granny lol 😂😂😂. Ben said let not go with the I am not pretty because your gorgeous to me. The part when Ben was helping Jlo with the script for the musical exprience the way they laugh joke with each other. Showed each other so much affection I loved how humble Ben was showing up for her every time. Gave her reassurance when she was getting doubt on the this is me now musical experience going turn out like if it going be good or suck.

yes, it was. You are so right. I totally agree with you on that point. In fact, I don't think she should have ever done that documentary at all, really not. It was the "straw that broke the camel's back" so to speak, for her and Ben's marriage and the beginning of the end of it, as well. So sad, really is, for both of them. Especially since this is her 4th marriage now to end in divorce. I think she should stay single for the rest of her life, just my opinion. I've been single, my whole life, and I am older than her, and it's not such a bad thing, really isn't. I have a dog for a roommate and am totally happy and content. Don't knock it.
