Jennifer Love Hewitt chats with ET about her 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' return, and the '9-1-1' season 7 finale, airing May 30 on ABC. The actress jokes she's 'terrified' to reprise the role of Julie James over two decades after the film's premiere, but says she wants the character to 'go nuts.' The way Hewitt tells it, this kid just thought it would be interesting to have her character start screaming in the street, and though the cast and crew decided to just humor him at first, they realized as they were doing it that it was amazing.

I think often when you’re living in an era of life, you don’t appreciate how good it was until later, but the 90s felt like you did know it at the time. My favorite Jennifer Love Hewitt films have always been Can't Hardly Wait (1998), I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997), and I Still Know What You Did Last Summer (1998). I hope we get a 4K UltraHD of Can't Hardly Wait. She also released three albums ("Let's Go Bang" in 1995, "Jennifer Love Hewitt" in 1996, and "BareNaked" in 2002) and had some really good songs and a great voice. Lacey Chabert starred as "Amanda Becker" in 2001's Not Another Teen Movie, a parody of Hewitt's "Amanda Beckett" from Can't Hardly Wait.
