Its difficult to work in toxic environment. I have experienced. Lecturers were treated like dogs especially women in the college where I was working. For some years I tolerated , it spoiled my personal life, mental health everything. After a few years I resigned. Especially women suffer in such work environment. Tarak whose producer earned in crores treated actors like this mainly women, really sad.

I have just one question though: why didn't Mr. Dilip Joshi stand up for any of his colleagues who were having a bad time? He comes across as a man of principle who would at least speak up...
