Gosh I love the live version so much!! You can hear clear the band, Jin's vocals and I love the fact he did here the adlibs and the background vocals that actually many of us didn't notice while listening to the studio version at first Nice Analysis!

Jin has a lot of power to his voice and is often the one the group calls upon to do the belting and crisp, piercing ad libs. He has an impressive vocal range, as heard in Crystal Snow for example, where he did a live mix voice belting of an F5#. 🤯 And he's gone even higher than that during some of their funny karaoke sessions (beside being amazing artists they really are the funniest bunch of crackheads out there 😂). Perhaps most impressive is the fact that Jin kind of stumbled into the music industry by chance. He was studying to be an actor when he was street casted for his looks and he had no experience whatsoever with neither singing nor dancing. He had to learn from scratch, only starting both at age 20. His commitment, hard work, and raw talent have all helped to create the great artist he is today. 💜

They do have a Tiny Desk concert! As well as two members as soloists (RM and V). BTS is extremely talented and versatile as a group and as soloists. Don't hesitate to ask for pointers if you want to start because they have a lot of songs, haha

If you're more about rap try Cypher pt. 3 and Ugh! live from Busan, if you're more about harmonies try Zero O'clock and Butterfly Epilogue Mix also live from Busan. The first two are rap line only, the other two are vocal line only. For a group song, try Run BTS live from Busan. I'm suggesting Busan because it's their latest group concert and the last one before they had to fulfill their mandatory military service. Two are back now, five more still to come... For MVs try Black Swan, ON Kinetic Manifesto, and Airplane pt. 2, just to give you an idea of their versatility. (Remember to turn on the captions. 😉) They really are amazing artists who appeal to a wide audience. ~ luv from a Danish ARMY, age 48 (yes, around 20-25 % of us are actually 40+ 😅) 💜

You should definitely check out his solo songs like Awake, Epiphany, Yours, The Astronaut, Abyss, Tonight, and Super Tuna. Super Tuna really showcases Jin's fun and carefree personality.

Please check out "Mysterious Eyes" by Garnet Crow". It's in Japanese, but you can find versions with subtitles. The lead singer has an abnormally deep voice for a woman and a unique tone.
