​​​​@@PaulWashington..hello. You have the coolest picture on the prophile. I see that you are interested in this topic. Have you concidered yourself more into the prophetic? Have you studied the difference between what prophets did in the old testament and what they do in age of church? It is, by the way not the same. In old testament only the anointed ones had The Holy Spirit. Now, for 2000 years, everyone has got The Holy Spirit, of those received Christ. That means the whole personality of Christ is fractured in different tasks in this age of church. The goal is to have His love, first of all, and next to grow in each department of the fivefold. An apostle have all the 4 minister gifts. Does this sound familiar to you? Hope so.🔥🕊️

@RestoreTheBody if anyone is chosen as an apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor or teacher they will hold that one office and none other. There is no promotion or demotion from one office to another. So if a person is called by the Lord to be a Pastor they will not move up or down from that position. The prophets of the Old and New covenant are prophets of the LORD. The New Covenant prophets are greater because of the Blood. We are under the greater covenant. John the Baptist was the greatest prophet of the Old Covenant but even the least in the Kingdom is greater than He.

@@PaulWashington.. one can expand to be more than one thing with mentorship, and seeking God for it. To be chosen sounds relative. Many can say they are chosen, but prophets and teachers would discern if one are one. What Paul says about himself, since he was not among the twelve, was that Jesus Himself came to him and pointed him out. (Also Paul pointed out Timothy, to do ministry.)

@@RestoreTheBody The only precondition for an apostle is the Lord Jesus chooses them Himself. 1 Corinthians 12:28.. God appoints apostles first (in authority) and Ephesians 4, He Himself the risen Lord Jesus chooses His five ministers. Paul was the first of these apostles chosen by the risen Lord Jesus. The Twelve and Matthias walked with Jesus when He was here on earth as a Man. The LORD says the position is irrevocable. There is no demotion or promotion for any of His five chosen ministers. If you are called/chosen as an apostle or one of the other four office, that is who you are and will remain as. Scripture does not tell us which position in the Body that Timothy held. If he was one of the five fold office he was appointed by the Lord.
