Couldn't reply on live stream so I thought too come back and try. Just wanted to say thank you for this informative video. The hint about the black and white cardstock was very needed to know. I would've been so frustrated had it happened and I didn't know that tidbit. Also about the magnifyers, to scribble open 1st before using and that the open doesn't "snap' in like I tried and thought my holder was messed up. Thank you for it all and being you❣️

Question for people with a Joy. I just got the Joy for Christmas. I also have the Explore 3. I had trouble with the Bluetooth on my my IMac. However, Cricut helped me with that. They told me you have to turn the Joy off when I want to use the Explore 3. Is this true? I’ve seen people choose their machine from a drop down menu in Design Space. Maybe you can’t now?? Thank you in advance for any help.

Is the blade for the Joy the same as the blades for the other Cricut machines? I was just gifted a Joy and lots of other tools, vinyl, ect. and not really familiar whit using a Joy. I have an Expressions II, an Explore One and the Cricut Explore III and now learning about the Crciut Joy, LOL

Hi Jennifer, I realise that the smart vinyl rolls for the Joy Extra are small. Are there other brands that can be used with the machine or do i have to buy the Cricut brand.

They are designed to fit the Joy but you can get them 20ft long! You can use other vinyl that is not smart vinyl on a mat.

Yeah, I guess it was because it was the wee hours of the morning when I tried. I'm enrolled now & have the book printed out. Can't wait to get started, except I keep getting the message that my Joy isn't connected to my computer. I've checked the blue tooth repeatedly & it says it's connected. My computer is almost 7 years old. Got any ideas of what this problem could be?@@JenniferMaker
