My tip is for myself as well as others. Time flies by too fast to get all your holiday ideas completed in time, especially your experimental projects... so go ahead craft what you have an idea for no matter what time of year it is. I cant thank you enough for all your help. It really helps to be able to get so much information from one place and one person so that I can understand it. I tried a couple of others but all they wanted was for me to pay for their class and I cant afford that. Between hospital bills and remodling bills from the wind storms I was gifted a cricut so that I could make money not spend it to learn how....anyhow. Thank you so much.

Hi Jennifer, New recruit here -A Circuit Explorer - Newbie is an understatement I haven't even made my first cut yet. Explore Air 2. Your communication style is amazing super easy to follow second video I am watching. I am making a vinyl sticker as my first project. If that's the correct lingo. Didn't know what scoring was or the names of anything else, really dig the 3D tool box for all the ratchet thingy's and die cutter drill bits and so forth (Don't worry I'll get the lingo soon) and just everything you made. Thank you for the tips although I am not sure how much time you've just saved me in using the equipment and organizing supplies but I am sure it is significant. New Subscribed fan here!! I bought a cricut explorer for my mother in law 3 years ago and she was over whelmed and gave it back. I LOVE crafting but was so confused with the cricut that it stayed in the box for two YEARS in my basement. I finally brought it up and decided to try it out. Again I was overwhelmed and learned enough to just make scrabble tiles for Christmas. A friend showed me one of your videos and I was hooked! I'm not afraid to admit that I cried because I no longer felt helpless with it. I'm still learning as it had only been a few weeks but I've made a few other designs and they have been great. Love all the tips you have given and cant wait to work on more! Thank you for all of the time you have dedicated to help others!!!

Another tip for keeping mats clean - also be sure to keep the protective cover clean. I make sure the protective cover is hanging out of the way so that hand paints, pet hair, and debris are not all over it when I have to reapply it to the mat. It makes a big difference.

@laurieglatt4341
@laurieglatt4341 5 жыл бұрын
@@lunasmum6869 You could use a small anti-static bag that stampers use, or rub a dryer sheet on it. What I do is put a sticker on the front (outside) of the mat cover prior to taking it off so I know what side is the outside and which is the inside (where it touches the mat). Then when I take the cover off, I always hang it back up where I hang my mats, with the inside (sticker side up) against the wall or other mats on the hook, or inside down if lying flat in a drawer. The sticker helps you make sure that you store it correctly so the inside never gets dust or pet (or human) hair on it. Good luck!

I will be working with fabric quite a lot, so No.1: Is there a limited number of layers of fabric I will be able to cut once I receive my Cricut Maker? & My No.2 question: if I have a pattern or design already created, can it be uploaded to my Cricut (some-thing-or-another) so that I can save it and cut it out now or at a later time when needed? Sorry you're frustrated, For the free SVG files on our site, go to: jennifermaker.com/resource-library/ Then, just press Command + F (Mac) or Control + F (Windows). A small window will come up near the upper right side of the screen. You will then type the file you are looking for or a key word. Then scroll down and you'll click on the SVG file to download. :) If you're still having trouble, please email hello@jennifermaker.com and we'll walk you through it. :) For Cricut's site, we'd recommend contacting them: help.cricut.com/hc/en-us And here's also another good JenniferMaker video that would probably be helpful: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i57Wc6Ofqsxorqc
