This is an amazing technique. I just purchased a die with butterflies and small flowers, but there is no stencil. So I cut my own from some heavy clear acetate. I then did the dry embossing to get that "pillowy" effect. Then used my small stencil brushes to add a few diff colors to the butterflies and flowers. I am so pleased with the way it turned out. Your video was awesome and inspiring and convinced me I was on the right track. Thanks for all you do and share with us. You're the best!! P.S. I used colored card stock to start. 😊 ❤

Stencils have great potential, as you show, and a good price point. Sometimes beautiful sets are beyond my budget but stencils are more affordable. Hero Arts were the first stamps I ever had and still love the company.

Hi, Jennifer: I am interested in some of that vibrant blue card stock. Seems to be a challenge to find the bold cornflower blue, periwinkle blue, Adriatic blue shades. I did check your list here and didn't see any, and there isn't any on the Hero Arts site. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks so much. (And by the way, I am pretty frugal - but I think this Hero Arts classic kit is a really great deal. I am debating; I don't need any butterfly stamps...but also can you ever have TOO MANY butterflies and flowers? These are darling!)
