Thank you everyone for your kind words! This was so much fun to perform live, especially with the choir (since my studio album version doesn't have choir). Carol of the Bells has been one of my favorite carols for a long time - and I loved "sprucing" it up with Vivaldi's "Winter", as well as giving it a little of my signature epic sound. You guys are great and thank you so much for the love and support. ❤️ Merry Christmas!

Thank you to everyone who has enjoyed this. ❤️🙏 When I posted this performance, never did I ever think it would get this many views (over 1.5 million as of 12/2021). Was I aware that it was NOT a perfect performance? Absolutely. We did two back-to-back evening concerts, but only filmed one of the performances, this was the first night (I believe the 2nd night was better). Was I aware of a few not-totally-in-sync with each other spots between the orchestra and myself? You bet. But I am aware live performances are never perfect, and did I love performing this and want to share? Absolutely. The beauty of a live performance is the energy you feel when you are there. And as a recording artist and composer who does a rare few live performances here and there, it always takes GREAT courage for me to overcome performance anxiety, fear of criticism, and judgment and just put my heart out there because THAT is why I do it. I do it to give a gift to the audience, to say "even though this isn't perfect, I'm not perfect, it is my gift to you." And my heart, my soul, and my face smile in this performance because of it. Thank you for watching, and being here. And to those who randomly find my performance and don't take the time to do any research on who I am, here's just a few answers to random comments: - "Why is the choir not singing more?" Answer: I am a pianist. I wrote this arrangement for the piano, not for choir. It was adapted for choir specifically for this concert, but it was meant to feature the piano. - "Why so much of the red dress girl?" Because the woman in the red dress (me) was the featured soloist in this concert, I wrote the arrangement you are hearing, and I'm also performing it. (This is also my KZbin channel you are commenting on, not just some random user upload). This arrangement is from my album "Winter Symphony", and this specific concert debuted my music from this album. Thanks! Jennifer Thomas Pianist, Violinist, Composer, Yamaha Recording Artist
