Jenny Kwan cited MPs' privilege and calling on Parliament to identify those cited in NSICOP report

On June 18, 2024, NDP MP Jenny Kwan spoke in parliament raising question of privilege related to the revelation contained in the NSICOP report, with MPs “witting” worked with foreign state actors. She calls on the Speaker referred this matter to the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs.

Jenny makes an important point here. Right now the integrity and fitness to serve of all 338 MP's in the House of Commons has been called into question. How are all of us as Canadians supposed to trust any of them to represent us when we have no clue which (or how many) of them have been involved in helping foreign powers interfere in our democratic processes? The sooner these names are publicly-released in a way that protects national security, the better!

NDP is always looking for opportunities to look strong. One of their rare, possibly smarter moves here. Will likely gain them a point in the polls and slowly put pressure on the conservatives to read the report if they’re the last party holding out. Then again, it could backfire because they maintain support for the Liberals and Canadians might grow impatient. Funny enough, NDP garnering support is probably the best thing for the country right now. Jagmeet will only call an election if he sees a chance to take PP’s opposition seat and spar with him directly across the aisle.

Jenn Kwan, bravo, well done I had no idea there was an NDP member who had a brain and courage coupled with the self respect to not drag another party or member down, to make a finite political and judicious case, for the rights of both parliamentarians and tax payers who fun them, to imply an ethical correction in action to improve trust and transparency, should be actioned. Give credit where credit is do, so I would like to thank you for that adult and professional action you took today. To separate that from a very distressing fact about the NDP and your party leader, is that in nature Jagmeets treasonest actions towards those whom trusted their vote to him, his selfishness should be penalized. For years Jagmeet Sihgn has in princable, taken the right for a fair and defensive opposition coalition, whom Canadians clearly elected if it was a fair and honest election, has been abused by giving essentially the Trudeau government the power of an unelected majority. That is terrifying and dishonest. Sihgn needs to be informed that just by assosiation like our judicial law, he is not only keeping Canadians hostage, ignoring the majority who beg for an election and should be able to have the election called by rights electing a minority government, be entitled to expect that be honoured by Jagmeet in opposition. Aiding and abetting, by fasilitating Trudeau's corruption and ethics failures is fully and equally responsable for their occurance. That's reprehensible. Jagmeet will not get by with his ill advised, childish excuse that he wasn't the desision maker. Yet when Jagmeet feels inspired to, he grabs the spotlight and says he forced Trudeau's Liberals to do this or that... He said forced!!!!!! JAGMEET SIGHN IS FIRST SUSPECT, after conflict of interest with Freelands position on the board of the WEF while destroying Canada's stability, and Trudeaus many, many pro foreign bad actors profiting by the budget, while disabled Canadians, or Indiginouse are put off, while his caviar lifestyle and wealth grows to $200 Million while promoting himself to being one of the highest paid Leader on the planet.
