All they do is grab someone with gloves on and dance with them trying so hard not to make eye contact with each other. Today's NHL is dancing with the stars with tights on. No Grit When Grapes was discriminated against and was forced to leave NHL went for a sissy falling out. It will never be the same. Ever!!! This is coming from a childhood memory vividly remembering that era clearly and I use to fall asleep before the second period started to the voice of Foster Hewitt back in Newfoundland as a 4 year old. So I know hockey! This isn't it and I hardly can watch a period and never Mclean or commercials

I watched that Blues Red Wings game live that night. That game was legendary. "CHEVELDE!!!" The next day the Blues held a charity event at a bowling alley. The local paper had the two goalies fighting on the front page that day, we got Cujo to autograph it. I still have it somewhere.

This is great. I wish there was a part 2 and part 3 to this. I have loved hockey for a million years and Darren McCartey was and still is one of my heroes. I remember the brawl well I watched the whole game at the time. Claude Lemieux got what he deserved for the hit on Kris Draper. The more recent brawls have to continue. I a tightly wound aggressive combative person and watching hockey releases my rage in a safe way and what's more hockey is my therapy and my lifeline. Without it I would not be alive anymore even though I can't play it. Thank you for this priceless collection.
