Grasshopper is the name of a drink, so when the bartender said there was a drink named after him he was talking about the drink "grasshopper", and the grasshopper is confused cuz he's named Steve. Coincidentally Steve is an alias Cas uses one time he's human.

I believe is because Cas at some point he was human and he called himself Steve in order to hide from other angels. So Jensen who plays Dean was called grasshopper. So it’s a joke about Steve being after Dean. Maybe? lol
