I can't believe that somewhere out there, there is a warehouse FULL of old F1 cars. Makes me giddy.
@The_Curious_Cat6 жыл бұрын
I think this was before they built the big headquarters they have now, so some of these cars are displayed in the building, others on the museum section and the rest probably under the building, in some storage facility...

Curious Cat the McLaren Technology Centre was built way before Jenson and Lewis visited this warehouse... .. however this warehouse isn't at the Technology Centre. And for obvious reasons, it's exact location is unknown to the public. All employees are asked not to reveal it to their friends. And apparently, the insurance on the building and contents, for fire and theft, is astronomical. It's in the millions. But what I can reveal, is that it IS near Berkshire.

Senna v Prost, was one of the greatest sporting rivalries of all time. For those not born in that era, it was unbelievable. Today, things are all "commercial" ie, for the money. Back then, it was pure racing and pride. Prost is one of the greatest ever. He deserves all the accolades, but Senna WAS better. Maybe not on a "technical" term, but as far as pure instinctive racing, no-one at the time could match him, or since, particularly in wet conditions. What a champion!! Senna all the way!!!!!
