@@ceciliagaribaldi7148 Hi! Welcome to caratland! I hope you like it here! To answer your questions, Jeonghan is a 95 liner so as far as I am aware, they should enlist BEFORE turning 30. Scoups isn't going to the military because he was declared unfit by the authorities responsible for medical checkups of every korean male before he enlists. He suffered from ACL injury which can cause permanent damage to people and the recovery is rough! In such cases, the military decides if it worth the risk to have an injured male in their system.
