수평이랑 위보기는 루트를 두껍게 주고 용접봉 건조를 완벽하게 해서 편심을 방지한후에 전류를 올려서 용접봉을 철판에 대다시피 용접하는것도 좋은방법입니다!

전류량이 낮으면 용접하긴 쉽지만 겉보기만 좋아보일 뿐 속에는 슬래그가 많이 껴서 테스트에서 부러질 가능성이 큼. 9t라면 1차에선 110 정도가 적정선이고 위빙은 필수.

초보때 봉끝이 떨린다고 왠손을 봉을 받치는경우가 많은데 첨 배울때부터 봉잡는 자세를 습관 되시면 않됩니다. 5파일 이상 되지않는한 대도록이면 그냥 홀드를 두손으로 살짝 감산다고생각하고 배우세요 그러면 봉이 타들어가면서 똥가리 되어도 뜨겁지 않습니다. 물론 첨엔 봉끝이 많이 떨리겠지만 숙달되면 그마저 잡아집니다.

Second run should not weave,should use the term beads...three runs would finish this horizontal no undercut and the right amps are these rods 77s or 7018 if u were to do a test plate you would make sure not to strike on weld could become contaminated or air holes would produce at start always strike on plate then on job...

수평은 위빙을 해도 공간을 채우기 위해서 2줄을 만들 수 밖에 없지요. 단 한가지 아쉽다면 클램프에서 빼내는 동작에서 전용 집게를 전혀 사용하지 않습니다. 그러다가 화상으로 응급실 직행입니다.

Catfish Billey ,чешуя,когда плавишь электрод в одном месте,отрываешь на пол секунды и зажигаешь там где конец предыдущей чешуйки(около миллиметра от конца) шов выглядит как аргонодуговой,и провар лучше)

@@nelsondarwinpaktech3954 my guess is your using the wrong rod or your voltage is to high, if you are new to welding a good rod is 6013 it's an all position rod and will weld dirty or rusty steel, look up a chart of how many amps you should be using for the thickness of metal you are welding. I think if you take these steps you'll be off and running!👨‍🏭 good luck

자격증실기시험제도를 갈아엎었으면 좋겠음. 자격증이 자격증 역할을 못함. 말그대로 이자격증을 가진사람은 용접을 할 자격이 됨을 인정해야 하는데 지금자격증실기시험실력으론 현장가서 용접못함. 현장가면 따로 시험봄. 결국 이리저리 두번시간낭비함. 교육기관에서도 수료와함께 현장에서 최소물량을 쳐낼수 있는 어느 정도의 수준까지는 만들어서 내보내고 자격증시험도 그에 걸맞게 바뀌었음함 .

그냥 기본은 한다 이 정도라고 보시면 돼요 여러가지 많이 때워보고 여러 현장 많이 다니다보면 실력느니까요 그리고 아크는 솔직히 용접기능사 딸 정도면 어지간한건 때워요 노하우랑 경험이 없어서 그렇지 티그는 말이 달라지지만 아크는 쓸만하다고 봅니다

Bro on your first bead of root pass, your working angles is not correct. did you notice that your heat effected zone, the upper piece become more black. It means that the base material of upper piece melt more then the lower piece. This mistake makes joint more weaker. Your electrode should be parallel to the v-grove and the angle between v-grove and electrode should be at 70 to 80 degrees. And the standard angel of v-grove is 37.5 degree....

1. Get a chipping hammer, a saw is definitely going to be more frustrating to use. 2. Don't remove the slag while the weld is still red hot. 3. You left slag underneath a few of your passes, be more thorough with cleaning the welds. 4. You need to let the flux begin to burn and create a cloud after striking an arc, don't just immediately go to it after striking.
