I feel like he just described my lawsuit. I'm being sued by a private server on a video game for stealing their trade secret map making process. It's 7 months into discovery and they refuse to tell me what the trade secret is or provide any proof of the alleged business im operating to compete with them. I can't afford an attourney to defend this so I'm pro se but something feels really wrong about getting sued for 100 thousand dollars for playing a video game.
