Thank you for this content. I have watched every video regarding trade secrets. I am representing my self pro se in a trade secret dispute in florida. I do not own a company or offer a service. I am the victim of malicious prosecution over a dispute on a video game. The plantiff knew I didn't have the money to hire an attourney , openly bragged to thousands of people how sueing me would be fun and offered me a settlement to sign a lifelong do not disparage and NDA before i even had a chance to give them their disovery requests. Thanks to your videos I am confident that I can navigate through the legal system without an attourney and turn this victory into a defamtion per se claim.
