At low power I thought it was kind of melanocytic proliferation. Even though there are intercellular bridges I see the cytoplasm is kind of blue gray that’s why I was confused. Very helpful always

Dear Dr Gardner, Thanks for the video. Sometimes in dermatoscopy of SCC in situ, we see "shiny white lines" and they correlate to "collagen" in the dermis. However, the pathology is in the epidermis. Is this a reactive stroma of the dermis? or there is another explanation?
