The indictment states he underreported his gross business income on 3 tax returns 2016, 2017 & 2018. He was prosecuted for two of those years, 2017 & 2018.

Germy is such a child. His mother allowed him to think he could get away with anything or simply minor punishment. His scams and shenanigans were a game to him. His police scam fed that fragile 4 yrs old ego of his or his need for validation and relevance. I suspect his impersonation of authority figures made him feel like a man. I suspect he has issues with that concept having been raised by two females.

He is not going to jail over this. I doubt they will even put him on probation. They will ruin his income and pursue the amount due until it is paid. You can’t get out of tax debt with a bankruptcy either.
