Transfer of wealth usually occur during market crash, so the more stocks drop, the more I buy, in the meanwhile I'm just focused on making better investments and earning more as recession fear increases, apparently there are strategies to 3x gains in this present market cos I read of someone that pulled a profit of $350k within 6months, and it would really help if you could make a video covering these strategies.

Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2020, and I return at least $30k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. $52k dividends received in 2022.

I agree! That's why it is advisable that you have to invest while you still have a regular job or earning a regular income, and do it constantly. You still need to have something that will keep you going even if you're investing. Good financial planning and money allocation is the key.

We experienced the peak of our era, and now it is gone. Recession is tanking everything including 401K. My retirement equities portfolio of $750K is in the reds. I keep losing because of inflation. This world will fall to the corrupt rulers in the same way that Rome did. I'm sorry if you're thinking about retiring and you're worried that your pension won't be enough to meet the rising cost of living. Horrible foreign policies everywhere, bad regulatory policy, bad fiscal policy, and bad energy policy.

My dividend journey began when I realized that two particular expenses in my budget were always going to go up and never go down. The two expenses were taxes and insurance. I realized that the dramatic rise in both will need some added income. So, I started buying shares paying dividends. I can now see that this will be the path I need to take to make sure those two expenses will not overtake my future income.

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate the stability of the market and precisely when the change is going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past 4months according to Bloomberg...

The US-Stock Mrkt had been on it’s longest bull-run in history, so the mass hysteria and panic is relatable considering we’re not accustomed to such troubled mrkts, but there are avenues lurking around if you know where to look. My wife and I are retiring this year with over $7,000,000 in tax deferred investments. up until 3 years ago we were 100% in the S&P. During bear markets we had a perfect plan. We got an investment manager in our corner and didn’t look at our portfolio for nearly a year.

Jeremy Grantham is quite right in being concerned about climate change, getting through the aging of the global population, and inequality. For the Fed to price time (to use Edward Chancellor's book title) close to zero for so long, we are poorly positioned for solving the big problems ahead.

Over-population is far more important than "climate", which is pretty minor. Talking about ephemeral events like fires, food problems, hurricanes in this location or that is totally irrelevant because climate change is global and measured in decades or centuries. The temperature change in the last 150 years is in fact very small, still lower than the Middle Ages, but most importantly there is very little evidence we can do anything about it except adjust. We have NEVER been able to predict global temp change. BTW, what is the ideal temperature?

Buffett is a corrupt mean spirit individual. He is a perma bull on the USA but most investors can’t do what he does. He buys shares large enough to put his people on the board of directors then cuts costs aggressively, fires a lot of people, pushes for stock buy back & of course he makes money but the customers & employees suffer. Look at companies he is a major owner & they are bunch of corrupt organizations cheating their customers like Wells Fargo Bank. By the way if you look at his history he did not make a lot of money until 1980 when money printing & deficit spending started in the USA. Buffet is a perma bull because the policies of the FED has benefited him personally.
