@maartenvandam34411 ай бұрын
It must be such hard work for Robert to be Jeremy. Well, it would be, if Jeremy wasn't such a lazy narcissist, who can't be bothered to give his character some depth. Mark probably comes easy to David, because all he has to pretend is that he's not happy, a failure, and poor. Apart from that, David Mitchell can easily be himself as Mark. I can't imagine Robert Webb being that useless in real life. Not even if he tried. Which he obviously wouldn't.
@rorz99911 ай бұрын
David Mitchell never struck me as being a happy person before he met his wife, so he probably didn't need to pretend to be miserable either
@maartenvandam34411 ай бұрын
@@rorz999 I don't think he was anywhere near as unhappy as Mark, though. He had to wait for the love of his life for a bit, but apart from that, fame, succes, money, recognition. He probably does have a lot of unhappy schooltime memories to draw from. I have no doubt school bullies would have picked on little David a lot, him being so smart and not very big.
