Great videos, I am a heart surgeon and I am wondering if you can put a video concerning respiration and fuel mechanism of the non stop beating cardiomyocytes and does it produce lactic acid?

I will ask a question why do we end up with 6 water molecules at the end of the process as a byproduct, when we have 12 electron carriers that enters the ETC? Why there aren't let's say 12? If a set of electrons ( 2 electrons) make one molecule of water? I know that there are 6 oxygen molecules that enter, but it is a little confusing.
