I met MC Jin after a NY Knicks game right outside of Madison Square Garden during the Linsanity era. I approached him about his music and gave him praise. I took a pic with him and posted it on my social media. MC Jin then wrote about our positive encounter on his website at the time using the pic. Great dude and I enjoyed this conversation!

Shout out to MC Jin and Jeremy Lin who are the Bruce Lee’s of our time. The Rap scenes wouldn’t have been the same without your contribution and putting Asian-American on the map. NBA Champion Jeremy Lin!!! You make all Asians proud for accomplishing it all at the highest level. Not every NBA can be called Champ. You definitely inspired a generation of young Asian basketball players trying to pursue their dreams of making it into the NBA and winning it at the highest level. All the best to you two. Raptors fan here. Thank you for bring us the CHIP.

the rap scene was thriving but I hear what you are trying to say, MC Jin was the first Asian MC and he did good.

34:25 This shows the positive impact of the powerful influences and inspirations from people like you guys. I’m Chinese so I definitely won't be able to fully resonate with what asian Americans have been through in their lives. But in my opinion, no matter where you from, people won't respect your culture if you are not even proud of it yourself. Always hold your head up. ❤

One of my closest friends on college was from China, she had true faith and is with god now. I love her so much, she and I spoke and love each other across and without joking or judgment so many so called divides…the truth is, we felt exactly the same things..maybe in a different order and spoken openly about in very different ways..what an absolutely fun joyful experience to fall in friend love with my Maggie..I might not spell this right, but her name in Chinese is Bo Li, it meant something about CUTE. She is forever so truly cute and beautifully precious on my eyes, heart, soul, memory, part of who I am forever. So, I’m sending you a lot of love from America😍❣️

WOW, thank you for doing this. Pioneers in your industry, and pioneers for us Asian American males. We've grown up together and you are both truly men now, married, kids, the whole bit. And we know that your faith is what leads you. Keep using your platform for positivity and encouragement. This might have been off the cuff, but this format is not only good content, but as you said, representation always speaks a bit louder, so definitely hope to see more of this in the near future!

Linsanity and Jinsanity what a dynamic explosion! Love the laid back simple , honest, and truthful style with a positive attitude. Great podcast! I had seen some where about your diet and recovery in injury about Vit C and Collagen. I was curious as to what your injury prevention and recovery after injury prevention regimen was like (in various aspects physically, spiritually, and mentally) to resiliency; compounded with your faith element. Getting older myself and getting those aging pains, as well as a friend's daughters femur fx and seeking ways to encourage and complement an "orthocardia" for healing and mindset for recovery.

I am a mum of 2 in Sydney Australia and have been thinking about for making this kind of radio show for my children and other Asian families in western society around the world for a long time. The topic in this show was touching and malting my heart to see 2 brothers in Christ they really do loving, sharing and caring each others, they are passing their passion of God's love through their lives, careers, shows, channel, families and friendships to those peoples around. Great ministry!! I pray that I could have a place for doing the same thing like you do but in Mandarin. I always encouraged my 2 children to be proud of their identity as a Christian, Taiwanese and Chinese. Perhaps more Asian parents could be acknowledged their culture background and self-esteem. My we be healed by God's mercy, use our life experience to transform our children to be a faithful person.

If I saw the two of you on the street, I would think you were brothers LOL. Jeremy you are my hero through and through. There is of course the regret that you have been mistreated in the NBA in one way or another. However, I always remind myself that Linsanity might very well have not happened and that it is a true blessing that it did. I purchased a ticket to see you play for Beijing in 2020 right before the season was suspended because of the pandemic. My parents’ house is right outside of that sports center. I did see you play with the Knicks in New York and was hoping to get your autograph. Alas, I only managed to get one from Tyson Chandler. Merry Christmas to you Jeremy! You will always be my hero.

Yo. I love details too. Would you believe that way back, Jin sent me a 3 minute long audio-file "just talking to YOU" - and Jin was just talking to ME. ME. He was so straight up as to record a 3 minute long thing about whatever I had asked him about, during an e-mail exchange. He did that. I can't forever forget that.. Thanks, Jin. That made so much of my future - you wouldn't know.
