Congratulations, Jeremy! Looks like a winner! May I humbly make a suggestion for future books -- please have them published with a comb or spiral binding. I recently took a bunch of my music books (including your Fundamentals!) to a Fedex shop and had a spiral binding installed. Suddenly all the books became easy to use on my piano.

Wow, Jeremy! Once again, thanks so much for all the thought and effort you put into teaching our passion. Solo Standards sounds like a must-buy for me! (along with pretty much everything else you've put out that i don't already have). I want to say keep up the good work, but i'm afraid you've already published more than i can possibly absorb in this lifetime - but i'll keep trying!)

I wasn't planning on buying this book of standards because I'm not a great sight reader, and I don't want to memorize arrangements. But this video shows how this book is so much more than yet another book of standards arrangements. The audio, lead sheets, and chord symbols will be an encyclopedia of tools for playing any jazz standard. Great work!

Jeremy, when you write an arrangement, do you do it with pencil and paper or do you use notation software? And if you use a software program, which one?
