Hey Jeremy. Just stopping by to be the latest guy to thank you. I came from absolutely ZERO experience in networking, and barely any experience with computers at all. Passed my CCNA this week first try. You’re changing lives out here.

OMG, i literally, 5min ago, finished watching jeremys CCNA STP content because neil andersons bootcamp content barely mentions the RSTP pprt states and roles (def not the roles), and i remembered that jeremys course went more in-depth, more thorough. Great content, jeremy. 🎉

I uses jeremy's course to study for my CCNA and i passed my CCNA exam at the first attempt. I think i am going to go through some of the important topic again to improve my interview result. Can't wait for the CCNP Encor course to complete as i am planning to go for the CCNP. I like the way jeremy explain all the concept because he presented it very clearly. The language and the pace he speak is very professional. Really looking forward to the CCNP videos he posted every week or every two week.

Great content ! Would be great to have an indication of how many more videos will be released until the completion of this course !

I am curious my self, if STP alone takes about 20 videos. BGP in same depth and phase would probably take 200... (but for encore you only need some of the aspects of BGP not all, so its probably another 20) So entire ENCORE course my estimation between 200 to 400 videos. We will see how far am i off :D i hope im wrong:D

Looks like were moving on to Rapid STP now.... getting close to the end I can see - kinda getting excited... I plan I purchasing the Boson tests and go thru the methodically (did the same for the CCNA) and then take the ENCOR test.

Hey guys...is this the last video for the ccnp encor course? I thought the course would be longer, or Jeremy is yet to complete it?

Hi Jeremy, In Quiz 3, I believe the answer can also be (b) if root guard is enabled?
@JeremysITLab4 ай бұрын
Close! But in that case it would say ROOT_Inc instead of LOOP_Inc
@hilalsaeed79324 ай бұрын
@@JeremysITLab oh oh nice. I didn’t notice that 😅 Thanks 🙌🙌
@hilalsaeed79324 ай бұрын
@@JeremysITLab also one more thing. As loop guard is most specifically used with fiber links, so when fiber issue/cut happens on one of the fiber between 2 switches (causing unidirectional traffic) that'll impact the receive optical power on other end so how come port state will remain up and move to designated state?🙂
@paulmacgiollacaoine8619 Жыл бұрын
Question, why would a non-designated port transition to designated/ forwarding when it stops receiving BPDUs?
@bahezramos5865 Жыл бұрын
when to use exit interface with next hop in a command on static route together ?
@marul8611 ай бұрын
I think it can be used in point-to-point connection
