What happens when kids keep misbehaving, and they are not excluded or suspended because they are neurodivergent or have emotional problems, is the other kids end up thinking that they get special treatment and they feel that there is no fairness in the system. There needs to be behavioural standards maintained.

I just feel for the kids who are Impacted by children who cause problems and disrupt, it's not fair

When these children go into the real world, they won't be able to use the labels in the workplace. My son and another little girl keep getting punched because the child has problems. The child still needs disipline as his parents don't have a clue. All this softy softy nonsense won't help the in their future.
