My PIT BOSS PRO SERIES II 4 pellet smoker goes down to 130 degrees. Just need to know what type of pellet smoker to buy if you're going to make Jurkey or even use it for cold smoking with a smoke tub only.

I get condensation on the inside ceiling of the smoker putting in that much meat. Not much I can do other than keep top vent wide open ..
