@@ben-zu4iq It's a riff on how sometimes in any streamer's chat, a chat member will say something completely wrong or bizzare, and the streamer will take that as actual advice or listen to it without noticing it's not actually right. Like if the streamer goes "Hey, how do I drink a potion in this game" and one guy goes "hit the power button on your computer to do it lol" and he listens, chat would go "ONE GUY" to indicate only one guy said that, and it wasn't actually right. In Jerma's chat it's turned into "This one utter freak said the most bizzare shit" and since Jerma is basically like a bug under a cup darting at the first sign of movment, he'll usually pick up on what that on random guy said and it'll derail the stream with a convoluted bit for like an hour.
