"The Bus", like any bus, makes pick ups and drops offs. You can get picked up anywhere but the only drop off is in the endzone

He's the Bus because he carries people to the endzone!

My family is all 49ers fans. We were watching the Steelers game last night, and he said, "you know who I miss watching? I miss the Bus." Dude was so good, even his rivals and other teams' fans loved him

I love ALL kinds of running backs who got the job DONE, in their own way - Barry Sanders for being the best all-time elusive, but I also love Marcus Allen's smoothness and grace, Bettis' size, style and moves, Faulk & Emmitt's all-purpose production... I just love this position!

Everyone brings something different. The only jersey I ever bought was the black and gold #36. With that said, McCaffrey is the most profound RB in football today. He is a joy to watch.

Big guys who can juke a bit are much more elusive. When you go to hit a guy that big you hunker the hell down. You weight all of your body for the hit that is coming. So when he does that little juke it throws off your entire plan and you don't have time to reset again for a hit on someone that size. By that time he's well past your ability hit him square.

According to the NFL's opinion Jerome bettis wasn't a first ballot Hall of famer. Because every year he was a finalist but every year you wouldn't get it I remember reading it in the paper. I think Jerome bettis should have been a Hall of famer at least two years earlier than what the Hall of Fame said. I watched him when I was younger it was a 13 year old boy for Pittsburgh and he was great

How do so many people not understand his nickname the bus When people would try to tackle him they would jump on him and I've seen him carry as many as five people.. as they could not stop him What's black and yellow and takes you for a ride when you hop on..... the bus! It wasn't meant to be intimidating it was meant to describe that unless you tackle him perfectly all you're going to do is get a bus ride to the end zone baby
