Here's another challenge idea: The 100% pop rate, you can use only one attacking tower. And your goal is to hit as many balloons as possible only using it. It can be upgraded to the max, and money towers are allowed. Towers that don't pop but only slow balloons are allowed.

Ninjas hunt to assassinate a target. Or for scouting missions or stealth missions. Ninjas are the masters of stealth. So they would be considered a hunter of some sort

One tower you forgot to use in the Hunters challenge was the Dart monkey's crossbow path. After all the crossbow was and still is a hunting weapon.
