Loved the one @8:28, so classic , so early 70s, so analogue looking.

Birds!!! 🐦🐦🐦 i.e. lots of nice photos, but I really liked the 2 with the birds in them, giving scale and life to the silos/buildings.

Glad you enjoyed them! YES - the scale thing is so hard sometimes, right? I love it when it works out.

Excellent photos throughout, Jerred! I really enjoyed them all and I loved the "twisted" house and the two buildings with the flock of birds between them. I always enjoy watching your videos especially when you go on photo adventures. Thanks for sharing! (Anyone who has traveled much at all has been in a motel just like the one you were in.)

Oh, Terry. Thanks for this. I'm glad you enjoyed. The hotel was pretty bad... but part of the texture of these kinds of trips sometimes... so I'm cool with it. And that twisted house was so wild - a completely random find!

Such a cool journey my friend! Though life can be so busy sometimes..this type of exploration is what I love as well. Well done and great shots bud! Sign me up for one of your books when you get it done!

Love those old trucks Jerred!! Can't believe that merry-go-round was still there in front of the school! The ZF is something that I've thought might be an option down the road. It's like putting a FF sensor in my X-T3. But, not sure I can afford FF lenses. Thanks for taking us along. That was definitely an awesome road trip!!

Charlie! Thanks my man. That old school was totally unkown - I knew the other two buildings were there (RUble, Iowa), but not the schoolhouse. The merry-go-round was a huge bonus. The Zf is pretty cool, and the 40f/2 is WAY better than it has any right to be. If you could restrain yourself, it's a pretty awesome option!

@@JerredZ Maybe down the road at some point I'll go for one. Not sure. I still really love the X-T3 and it's great for hiking.

One of the few camera vloggers that can actually take and create quality images. Very inspiring. Do you share your presets in anyway?

WOW! I'm humbled by your comment - THANK YOU!!! I have some of them on my "buy me a coffee" which I don't really promote! You can get my main ones here for free: www.buymeacoffee.com/jerredz - some of the photos in this video were based on these presets.

Salute and respect from Ontario, Canada! I would be interested in knowing about its use for wildlife photography.
@JerredZ10 ай бұрын
You know, I think it’d be fine for wildlife. It’s not as fast as a Z8/9 - but it’s very fast and accurate. I’d think it would do well!

Hey, great pictures. Since you've been a primarily Fuji shooter, would love to know how this camera makes you feel? (not the tech specs). I have shot Nikons before but this one feels different, it takes the pressure of me to take really nice images but to enjoy taking pictures (even with the bad ergonomics compared to modern cameras).

Same question
@JerredZ10 ай бұрын
I'm going to post a video about this exact idea soon. My TLDR though: the Nikon Zf is fantastic. The autofocus is better than anything on Fuji for what I want it to do, and I just got a Neewer grip for this thing and it transforms the camera completely. It's a wonderful shooting experience with a few caveats!
