Makes me even more happier to be American knowing this is our music. Past present future.

What do you mean by "our music"? You do realize it is music from slaves forced with violence from Africa played on an african instrument? Yes created in America but with a history dark as it comes
@tastas38809 ай бұрын
@petherjohansson8728 isn't it beautiful through the pain and darkness. This is American music. This is our music not African not Chinese not Spanish. This is American music.

@petherjohansson8728 I think the banjo was the akaaton or something in Africa. I don't think that this style of banjo was in Africa yes a African American slave made the banjo of memory, but he made it in America and played it a BBQ. So don't let the government fool you and keep American down with dark history. My friend, every country has blood on the soil. Remember the past, but don't dwell too long, friend. This is our music American made American played American soul made it.

He's a master. He plays profoundly felt and at a same time in a charming, playful way. I heard a lot if his stuff, but I was never as overwhelmed as by this piece.

@Ken Van Kerckhoven sorry, it's just there's that picture on the wall of a ship that looks pretty cool, the tunes pretty cool an that's just what I imagined an it seemed nice, I didn't even have a negative thought about what that time era would've been at the time but it does suck what happened to what I believe are the Hebrew Israelites ( blacks ) the jews. Shalom.
