I’m getting a laptop and couple more cameras, then I’ll get a proper review up of the J31s and much more!

Thinking about getting a pair, would you think these would be able to hold their own with varmit hunts and the occasional range trip paired with a decent ir illuminator for low light conditions?

Are you talking using these to actively hunt or just moving around while hunting?

Even better imagine your seeing that phone camera isn’t picking up! For what they are I really don’t have much to complain about. I enjoy mines. Funny thing is these are my cheapest price wise that own but since they hit us market I’m enjoying running them. Keep up good work brother. Information is key!

Really it all depends on your budget, you can find a used gen3 pvs7 for 1500 or less, used gen3 pvs14 for 1700-2k, new gen2+ for 2500 or the J31 for 4k. The real difference between these options would be depth perception, I don’t consider any of these options (cheap) or budget friendly, these options being the most cost effective way to get into the game. I would say to stay away from digital night vision vs analog. The difference is night and day, pun intended.

@@IowaNVGuy Thank you for the input. I may opted low end duals over high spec mono for better depth perception.
