There are times, and this is one of them, when Lewis was just plain obnoxious...this was one of them. She had some heft and, personally, I would have loved to see her give him a good belt in the nose. But then she was always well mannered and I am not

Really?! They are clearly rehearsing and testing out something here, and why it's to the camera. They got on very well and were close friends, and why she appeared in his films and on his shows. Odd how people totally misinterpret what is going on.
