As a former CalFire Firefighter, I will say that Fire Country is done from the Firefighter point of view but like any other dramatic production, liberties are taken but modestly. Also, no fire crew or station ever sees the amount of action as portrayed in Fire Country. I include car wrecks and rescues and carnival rides that break loose. Just doesn't happen.
