Jerry was one of the smoothest workers in the business back in his day, seems like a good guy too. Wish nothing but the best.

Yesterday the WWE Vault KZbin page uploaded the full RVD vs Lynn title match from ECWs Hardcore Heaven. It’s a great match! WWE Vault is on a roll with quality uploads recently.

Has Jerry Lynn ever had a bad match against Rob Van Dam? The answer is "NO!"

Have that that match on both VHS and DVD from the ppv and the Extreme Evolution Home Video and the RVD Video from WWE . Awesome match .

Im not sure why but Jerry Lynn sounds very different from how I would have imagined him to sound when I used to see him wrestle in TNA. Great interviews, enjoying them all 😊
@AngieTaber14 күн бұрын
He’s always been soft-spoken (like in the Forever Hardcore documentary). But if you think his voice is a contrast to how he wrestles, you see how much of a contrast his voice is to the kind of music he listens to 🤘

Speaking of the Nigel/Lynn feud, I couldn't resist buying the ROH two pack figures From the Vault of those guys especially since they only made 3000 of them. I ordered as soon as it came up for sale!

I high fived RVD once after one of his matches at IMPACT. He was still so amped from his match and was on the ramp and I was below him and however it happened, he dislocated my shoulder when he High fived me. He used so much force but he was amped I get it. But backstage afterwards he recorded me making a statement that he didn’t purposely hurt me and he was telling the boys “I didn’t touch him any harder than a working shot!” Naaaahhhhhh man. Love you Bro but you absolutely laid that High 5 in. Lmao. But that’s my fault for putting my arm out there. Nice little $4k medical bill for that High 5 😅
@dipfan919213 күн бұрын
How did anyone know anything about this for you to have to be backstage giving statements?
@Ryanonfire0313 күн бұрын
@ because when he high fived me I dropped to the ground holding my shoulder and the person with me went and got staff. Staff came and grabbed me and brought me backstage.

There's a huge problem when it comes to young wrestlers. They have huge egos and don't take advice from older wrestlers who know the business. Whenever they get criticism about what they are doing they refuse to listen and that's why they get hurt. As a fan who watched the business for two decades I know how important in ring storytelling is and how dangerous spamming spots can be. In the long run these wrestlers will look back and say I probably wish I did this differently as their life is shortened. But the new fans are as much to blame for this because they also don't listen to people who tell you that in ring storytelling is worth more than the spots they do. And honestly I bet they don't even consider how dangerous that is. These wrestlers work every week. The ring is not a trampoline.

One of the things that really stick out with older wrestlers is how the biggest thing they judge their stuff on is the live audience reaction.

@5.15 my question exactly. Once you finally Win against RVD and go separate ways and you're known as the guy who beat and pinned RVD in your last encounter. Jerry Lynn proved himself as the new f'n show and it moves you up the card or next company you worked in. Didn't really make sense to me you go your whole career as the guy who went toe to toe with Rob but never got the victory. Maybe I hit a home truth and you covered yourself... but in my mind. That's where you go from there.. Peace and respect anyway mr.lynn 🤟🏻
@RandomlyRandom202513 күн бұрын
6:54 Love you Jerry, but that aint true. For you maybe it was, but Rob would go pander to the crowd for 5 minutes 😂 I just rewatched the hardcore heaven match that wwe vault uploaded yesterday, and RVD kept doing it over and over. Even during the match, I kept thinking Jerry should go club him while he's doing it. But his character was too nice of a guy to do that lol.
