FUN FACT: A storyline in the Summer of George episode was inspired by the actress who played Nicki in The Calzone. (00:42) The actress' real name is Danette. One of Seinfeld's producers, Alec Berg, asked Danette to be his date to an award show. She agreed. When he went to pick her up, he learned that she had a boyfriend. Instead of being bitter about it, Berg had the experience written into the Summer of George episode, which aired the following season.
