I gotta say seeing these tear downs has given me a deeper appreciation for the engineering of these devices. You basically have a desktop in your pocket. Tiny screen yes, comparatively, but to make all that hardware fit into a form factor like this is amazing. Also one can see the build quality of the high end phones. I'm so glad I got my S8+. Really happy with it.

The Note 9 is much larger AND thicker than the iPhone X. Samsung trades size for features while Apple minimizes dead space in return for a more compact device. Both are very different devices with different design philosophies and compromises.

If you do it like he did there virtually no risk. He has a ton of control over the blade with his thumb on the corner like that. If the blade did slip, which is very easily possible, because he is using his thumb to pull the blade towards him he could stop applying that pressure with much more control then your arm could normally

Upgraded from a s6 to note 8 1 week ago and note 8 is a BEATS love this phone super solid extremely fast and I am a college student when you are doing homework and have to use scratch paper this solves it. From all my notebooks last 50 pages are filled with scratch notes but s pen solved that problem. Not to forget i got this phone for 390 $ brand new. I am also using a 32 GB sd card have music and movies on it. I dont see myself upgrading any time soon.
