Thank you so much for your work. God must have led me to you. You put words and explanation to most of my emotional drama, that not even I understood so deeply.

WWJD ;-) How did he respond to all the "traps" the religious leaders kept trying to "set him up" in. I love that he always avoided each trap they gave him but he didn't run away nor did he react emotionally. Oh to be able to be "outside that box" in that way when caught off guard or under stress, overtired, etc. Practice, practice practice. Thank you Jerry for the helpful dialogue example of what can be said and reminder of how to think without becoming emotionally immature. Good application for how to be "Quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry (or defensive)..." ;-)

Great idea! I like Betty. Asking yourself what one should do or what would Jesus do is raising the bar too high.

Jerry, how about a video on self-bonding? I just realized in order to have self differentiated bonding with anyone else, I have to first bond with myself. Any advice here? Hugs

Hi, I just found these and so far what I’ve heard Really hits home. I was wondering though, if you had a suggested order of how to listen to them, so that there is a smooth flow to understanding the concepts. I would find that really helpful. Thank you so much.

Recovery with Cresta there is no magic piece of advice. Get educated on nutrition and do the work that needs to be done. Mainly loads of prepping veggies, being present with your feelings.

Do everything you can to keep yourself from being "hangry", "starving", etc. What keeps me (it may be different for you) from being led around by my appetite is: Butter coffee for breakfast, no wheat, and replacing diet coke (the old school aspartame-laden variety) w/lightly flavored seltzer (bc i like bubbles).

im working on being less emotional and this "betty" trick seems amazing, but how can i trust myself to create an objective character with a rational opinion? sometimes when i try to see a situation from affar and think: '"maybe im overreacting""; i become scared that maybe im actually reacting correctly and im just trying to blame myself (or my overemotions) for creating a problem? how do i know when my feelings are ACTUALLY called for , and it is okay for me to react in an emotional way? i hope you understand my question, im just having problems creating healthy boundaries and not overeacting, but with fear of falling into overallowing..

But how come the arguments creates itself in our head when we aren't "Betty" and she isn't around? Should we support her existence creating her spirit through us?
