I attended four performances of the Pretty Things over the years, and during this tour (which I attended at the Magic Bag in Ferndale, Michigan) was the best of the lot. Especially memorable was the guitar of Dick Taylor (then in his 60s), who put Keith Richards to shame. The audience was delirious with excitement, and many were making plans to follow the band to their next gig in Cleveland.
