Your words exactly. I love its not big, bulky its perfect for the home. Thanks for sharing this one. My fav exercise equipment has been out for years. Its called a cardio fit glider. Sit on it like a bike. It has huge bar for changing arm position for diff.workouts. Two sets of petals one for upper body, other set for lower body workouts. It is mimicking squats as you ride it. It works the whole body out at once upper, mid sect., lower body and back. I still have one ( but in my lifetime ) I've had 3. The seat is huge and so soft and durable. 1 hour a day and doesnt have to be all at once, keeps your body parts where they are suppose to be 😂. I use nothing else now. I use to ride that one hour and a stationery bike how ever long I could stand it ( normally 3-5 miles aday! I'm 50 now so pulling 1 hour of exercise outta 24 hour day, good enough. 😂 Have a good day Jessica and the FAM. 💗kisses and head pats to my girl, Peanut- 🐾👑🐾

I have something similar, its a way for me to get exercise without tripping over the pavements here. I like to find a guided walk anywhere in the world and listen and walk at the same time. I have to hold onto the bar though because I have visual and balance problems.
