I had my braces for a year now my tricks or things I do for the pain is put braces wax on my brackets, you can get them at any store with dental stuff or from your ortho. Also the number one thing I use that takes all pain away for me which you probably will want to use every time it hurts after you get them tighten is Advil or any headache medicines you use. 😘💕

I just had a cool idea too. If you are going to come out with more pencils I though Instead of putting words, why don’t you put a book of the Bible with its verse like “Psalms 22, John 3:16” like that. All respect to Cole and Sav, but I have a really hard time following them as Christian KZbinrs because they seem to be falling into the trap of videos for views. They have too much clickbait for me, and I struggle to watch them because some videos are filmed at inappropriate times I find. Their last one made a thumbnail and based content around their daughter breaking down crying. It just doesn't sit well with me. There are other Christian KZbinrs who seem to be much more authentic, but to each their own.

Fun fact, being "outgoing" is not the same as being an extrovert. I figured this out this year because I myself am an ambivert (but mostly introverted). Being extroverted means to recharge and refuel as a person you need to be social and around people, whereas an introvert (while potentially enjoying social interactions) needs time alone to recharge. I love spending time with people and going out, and I need that energy a lot of the time to bounce off of and feel balanced, but it also takes a lot of energy for me to be social and I need days to be on my own and chill. This may seem like a kind of ridiculous explanation to most because most people are introverted to a degree... but there are actually people(extroverts) who need social interaction to recharge and feel better(I know a few who seriously don't get how being alone and relaxing can help me feel better). So really you can be super outgoing and friendly and love being social, and still be an introvert because it's all about how you actually fuel yourself as a person.

I had braces for about five years and they really aren’t that bad, at least to me they weren’t. Your mouth will definitely be sore for a little while and it will take a while to get used to the feeling. After that the only time it hurts is when you get them adjusted or tightened. I would recommend eating soft foods that are easy to chew or require minimal chewing. Don’t eat sharp foods like chips and stuff because your teeth will be sore and it doesn’t feel good to eat food like that. I hope all goes well and your braces don’t cause you too much pain ♡

I live in Ireland and most people only have braces for about 2 years! I’ve never met anyone who hasn’t had theirs off in 2 years. I have them on currently and am getting them off in a few days after only 11 months! X
