I knew of a girl from school who was the purest and always selfless she reminds me so much of Jess, there was one girl who hated her guts for being so genuine and spread rumours of her being quite fake when that was far from the truth. In the end, the girl who hated her guts ended up turning her friends on her and like these assumptions Jess got I feel so bad because people can be so rude.

I totally agree with your opinion- that we alle care at some point what other people think about us. I saw last time a video which really help me to see it in a good perspective: Everyone has a self-image and public image. Your self image is how you see yourself and what you think about you. And your public image is what people think about you - or at least your assumption what people think about you. For example when 5 people come to you and tell „wow your outfit looks good“ and 2 people come „your outfit is ugly“ - the next person which walks pass you- we are more likly to assume - they don‘t like our outfit - which is only our assumption - not the reality) You cannot change the way people think about you. BUT you have to learn that public image(what people think about you) doesn’t influence your self image. Maybe you know the story with the 50 dollars: If somebody has 50 dollars it doesn’t matter if somebody dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe or just treated it really bad - it is still 50 Dollars. And thats the same with public image and self image. You are ALWAYS WORTH it. It doesn’t matter how the world treat you. You are special and amazing and you need to be your own biggest supporter. ♥️♥️♥️

I find your voice to calming, idk this might sound weird but before watching this video I was feeling really anxious for no reason but watching this really helped calm me down. You just have such a naturally sweet calm voice.
