I just made mine, following this tutorial. As a beginner, this is not as easy as u guys see on the video, but totally worth it! A challenge and really step up my sewing skill.. Thanks for this tutorial Jess!! Loveee it🤍🤍🤍 Perhaps a little bit of advice, you can tell/show us on how to make measurements of our own size, because i am 170cm(5'6) and the length of the jacket and sleeves are obv too short if i follow your measurements ☺️ FYI: I used 3 long men jeans and a short one size 32

One of the best DIY's I've ever seen!!! Thanks so much for sharing this amazing jacket! It's soooo good I'm preparing to start the project as we speak, unfortunately, I can't seem to get the measurements correct for my pattern based on what you provided. Can you double check the measurements of your patterns and confirm they're as described? My issue is with the first one, the back of the jacket. It might be worth considering showing all measurements using a tape measure in the future to avoid any confusion. All best!
@JessDangDIY4 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your feedback. Could I ask what the problem with the back of your jacket?

@@JessDangDIY The measurements provided aren't adding up. I've tried multiple times to sketch the pattern and it doesn't resemble the video so I gave up. I did find a pattern the work from but will have to adjust it to resemble your jacket.
