I have Epilepsy and EDS which I have to take two medications to control my seizures and one that controls my pain due to my joints and ligaments not being strong. I don’t allow either one to stop me from living my life the best way I can possibly do. I know what my limits are, and I know what I can do and what I can’t.

Thank you for this. We share a very similar epilepsy story. Recently I was switched over to Keppra after another medication started failing and have started to experience the migraines you mentioned, never thought it could be related to the time it’s taken. Have you noticed running helping with that at all?

Hi, yeah the migraines can be a pain. I have been on Keppra since 2016 now, I do get migraines regularly however Im unsure whether its the Keppra or just my epilepsy. Running has helped my health a lot, but mostly mental health, reducing anxiety. However I think improving my mental health and physical health overall helps to keep my epilepsy in check!
