The LA punk scene is probably one of the most violent because a lot of punks really come from the ghetto. I remember cholos and gunshots at backyard gigs 20 years ago . Just learned of this "punk rock influencer" thing. white girl punks like this were from the west side of LA and played dress up because their rich parents were divorced or something.

I am part of the punk metal subculture and spent my youth at the allen theater back when it was open & popping and came from the Paramount/South Gate area and hell yes it was the most violent scene around. When Erin came around we made fun of her big time heck I still got a old facebook post up making fun of her foolish act.. She also reminds me of the punks out of the orange county area only difference is Erin looks more polished while the ones from orange county area look more typical punks and the ones from the ghetto you know who they are but amongst them are the rich kids rebelling against their parent's. I even knew some punks who owned a home well a home that was gifted to them from one of their parents in Anaheim I was so confused first time meeting them because I thought they we're more like rest of us but they we're the polar opposite with having parent's who are lawyers and $hit ahahaha..@@MrAncientAstronaut

Under any circumstances. Dude did what he needed to do. He stood on business. I hope his hand heals and he can cut hair I hope that stillpist continues to thrive and Erin can get the help she needs and the attention she craves. Or seeks therapy. Patti Smith is Punker than girlie-boys dancing around “forbidden words” like a coupla normies (shocked, popping eyes and all)…West Coasters are all (well, mostly) hair, makeup, and wardrobe (Oscars for best costumes all around)…Sure, Erin Micklow is a poseur, but strangely, at least she kinda owns it…and if it weren’t for poseurs, who would buy all the merch? This entire incident would barely even raise an eyebrow in NYC… The real entertainment is watching these candy-ass reactions… but on a more positive note, the sincere flattery IS appreciated. Also: ham on rye, with Swiss…toasted please.🙏 Thanks

@@Lupinotuum66 Well, it’s difficult to know what one knows “for a fact” (because of the “absolute knowledge” principle and all, y’know)…I do accept that as your best guess, and statistically you would probably be right 80% of the time, so I can see your side…however, you got the wrong un’ here (not your fault): I have lived on both US coasts and HAVE said it to peoples faces…and mostly in fun (even if IS kinda true…I’ve seen the “bad” neighborhoods on the West Coast…😆…there is DEFINITELY a difference) But more importantly, “regional Punk teasing” is just kind of a playful tradition amongst the real ones…we can tell the wannabes by who gets their panties in a bunch about it (see? Just playing…but I’m better than a 50/50 scrapper even on the Beast Coast when it comes down to it)…That said, apologies if my comments upset you…I really DO like a lot of the W.C. people and bands (even though Suicidal T’s just played an “animatronic” set in DC sponsored by Monster energy drink [why not Pepsi?😂] and a bunch of us just walked out and went garage skating)…The West Coast HAS contributed a lot (like Black Flag, skateboarding, etc.)… Perhaps I was being a little too “East-Coast mean” in my statement, and I HAVE in fact changed my mind since considering your comment: now I’m in the mood for pastrami…sliced thin, and stacked high…oh, and some more sweet-tea please! 🤣🤡🌎
