Wuk Lamat is such a perfect fit for the crew. I don't think she'll end up as the ruler of Tural at the end of Dawntrail, but she'll definitely be a fine addition to the Scions moving forward. Imagine if Jesse's theory about Gulool JaJa actually comes true and the other head actually becomes the main villain of that expansion. It's the Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone vibes all over again 😂 Dawntrail definitely has the Captain America: Civil War vibes between team Wuk Lamat, team Uri & Thancred, and Estinien doing whatever he pleases. There's definitely going to be conflict in the beginning, but what will most likely happen is that they settle their differences when they reach the Solution 9 stuff later on. Can't wait.

My biggest concern was that a small patch wouldn't be enough to invest me in the story, and I'm glad to say I was wrong. Wuk Lamat came in with a ton of personality and she feels really fleshed out as a character, I can't wait for Dawntrail!

Wild theory here, but I think Erenville is her oldest brother. She says that Koana the Miqo'te is her "second older brother" which leaves an oldest brother unaccounted for. I think the evil sibling is the youngest one and Erenville is the oldest. Viera essentially stop aging for a few hundred years once they hit adulthood so Erenville could secretly be like 100 years old. Edit: I have been debunked in the replies. RIP Old Erenville theory

I don't think so. There are a few new faces on the main promo art. There's the current ruler of Tural, Wuk Lamat, a Miqo'te we've never seen, a Mamool Ja, and I believe a Hyuran Midlander woman. I think the Miqo'te, Mamool Ja, and Hyur are all Wuk's siblings and the working theory is that Mamool Ja is the ambitious brother.

I don’t think so. He’s just kind of one of those “ meet once and never again “ npcs. He doesn’t have that big of a role and we never come across him or any of the people from our class jobs at all in the msq minus a few that being Kan-E-Senna’s siblings, Estinien, and Y’shtola’s sister.

At the end, the talk with G'raha, I chose rather quickly that I'd pick "I'm still undecided, to be honest" but didn't click it. I broke down crying for a long time. Both because I'm one of the DND type nerds that create a backstory for my character, but also because I think my answer perfectly mirrored my real life and the rut I've been stuck in since as long as I can remember. Faine Deluna's life hasn't been easy, quite far from it, but if I had the choice I would've swapped lives with her in a heart beat. It speaks not to how easy her life has been and not to what lengths she has had to struggle, but to how awful my life has been. Faine will stay here a little longer, at least until Dawntrail, because Faine deserves that much even if her life isn't going to get any better. I still have to hope that someday she can be happy and for the rain to stop pouring but unfortunately Meteion's song has already taken root in her mind... I hope that someday Faine manages to pull out the roots of Meteion's song and let herself blossom, even if her body is twisted beyond recognition, and finally let her be herself. Sorry for the rant, but I needed some kind of outlet... But don't let this little nerdy seedling keep you in her devastated little garden. I thank you for reading my little piece and hope that the songs of hope remains with you in your darkest hour

24:30 - Mamool Ja at the back is the villain, Miquo'te is the one who contracted Thancred and Urianger (probably an acquaintance of Uri or Louisoix), Mamool Ja at the front is the one who contracts Estinien when he arrives in the new world, Wuk Lamat contracts us. The climax of the expansion will be bringing the Scion's 3 siblings together to fight the 4th is my prediction, but in the meantime we are all competing. The girl at the top? One of the sundered Ascians. I bet she is the ruler of Solution 9. She just peaced out and retired when Elidibussy died.

Mamool Ja at the back is the current Dawnservant and Wuk Lamats adoptive father. We were told this at London fanfest iirc. So he's the one who united the continent's warring tribes into a new nation and easily over 100 years old (considering he's ruled it for 80 and I doubt he formed the nation as a teenager)

Here's the thing, back in 2.2, when Yugiri was first shown, her body was using the Miqote base, since Aura was not in the game yet. Before ShB launched, first Viera was shown in Alliance raid, and she was using a modified elezen base at the time, which was updated after ShB launch. I suspect something similar is going on with Wuk Lamat. She is probably using female Roegadyn base for now.

I love Wuk Lamat. I expected not to like her, but I was proven wrong. G'raha, however, has become so boring... ugh. I hope they'll make Erenville more interesting too, in Dawntrail. As is right now, he's as interesting as watching paint dry.
