Mighty stuff Jesse. The Enchanted Valley was recorded by Seamus Creagh in his brilliant album with Jackie Daley (the Cork Rambler is also on this album). The Scolding wife is a popular tune in Donegal - big favourite of James Byrne. It was recorded by Francie and Mickey O'Byrne from Kilcar on "Ceol Na DTéad". Well done Alan for steering things along so well.
