I feel like Jesse in a medieval fantasy world would be like... everyone's favorite porter. Not a fighter, but just a somewhat-jacked version of modern Jesse, hauling heavy things for his daily wage and getting incredibly hyped over other people's stories in the tavern. Kinda like a more boisterous version of Goetz. Just a fun guy to be around. Then when something fantastical shows up in town, like an invading airship or an angry manticore, he'd shout something like "D'joo see dat?!" and then heft the nearest two passed-out drunks over his shoulders and run them to safety. Final FantaJesse may not be a warrior, but he helps where he can. =)

Alright so here are my theories. That god on the mural is Ultima, the various Eikons are fragments of his original power that have been divided, the mothercrystals act as seals that keep Ultima from coming back and the seals draw in aether to keep the seal strong, Clive is able to claim Eikon's essence because he been chosen Ultima's vessel. The eikons are Ultima's power, the mothercrystals seal Ultima's mind, and the star/moon Jesse mentions is where Ultima's body is.

Just finally realized that Akashic is like being tempered in ffxiv, though at the later stage where the tempered is infused with so much aether that they became sort of a mini version of the primal, but better example would be voidsent (too much dark aether) and sineater (too much light aether) which turn the affected into monsters that feast on aether (which made up all things in the world, including other humans).

If this was FF14, Jesse is spamming 1,2,3 combo and leaving his other skills on cooldown. So many abilities have massive stagger on them, that’s just sitting there 50% of the time waiting to be used. But at the end of the day, Jesse can play how he likes, but most fights are 2-3x longer because of it. Regarding the camera Jesse, bottom left makes the most sense but not fully in the corner, instead just raise it right above where Torgal's abilities and your potions would be, the space just above that is always empty so that way we can see everything important on the screen and have your camera still at a pretty good spot. I think that's what the last person suggested but you probably forgot which is fine ofc haha
@vjekoslavrebic547 Жыл бұрын
Also I got to agree FF16 side quests seem very well made because usually games makes them pretty long and taxing which is honestly just annoying especially when youre trying to 100% a game. Making them shorter while still sprinkling some world or character development, it just hits the right way compared to so many other games which just try to feed the game with more hours to complete it doing meaningless things most of the time to the point that they dont really matter at all for the story but are just to get some items or money. Overall this game definitely belongs somewhere in the top so far, ive only recently got into Final Fantasy and so far I can only compliment the franchise from what I have seen. That being said, I don't know much about it but if my assumption isn't wrong, every game so far has been going with a hero/adventure kind of a story and I would love to see them take a different path with one of their future games where either the story gets very complicated(requires a lot of thinking to figure out properly) or they go with an anti-hero or perhaps even a villain protagonist which has lately become the trend I guess, with so many hero stories that have been made over the last couple of decades I would just like to see more variety is what I mean since it can get tiring to always go with a good character kind of a story instead of adding in things such a butterfly effects, complications and some evil sides to the MC. I hope I managed to explain it well

Went through the same zone as you in this vid and had the same overall reaction, just burn it all down and start again - the horrifying thing about all this is, that humans are actually capable of these things and can treat other humans so badly. And so ends disk 1, time to enter disk 2. Everything about this part was perfect: we got to see just how bad the bearers were treated with those sidequests, destroyed a mothercrystal, fought and met an unknown foe and even got to see Joshua do something. It's such a shame that both Benedikta and Cid had to go so soon. At this point in the game I was more interested in Benedikta and Cid's story compared to Clive and Jill, especially considering how Cid said that "I know who you are" to Ultima. 4:00:08 Exactly my reaction too, so many things left on the table: the pursuit of Joshua? Torgal's "immunity" to the Aether (I know what happens later, it's the fact that "no one" even bothered questioning it during or after they left Oriflamme), or even some kind of progress regarding the relationship between Jill and Clive (Jill is a VERY patient woman). Also, maybe Jesse will change it again in the later videos but I had hoped he stuck with his facecam position at the bottom right, just a bit above the border - before going back to the upper right spot in the previous videos.

2 things. 1) might a suggest a third option for webcam placement. I would put the webcam on the mid-lower right/lower right side of the screen slightly above the HUD for active skills and active Eikons (so when he is in combat slightly above the icon next to where it says fire and the red and green dots). 2) what elements are Bahamut and Odin? Bahamut might be magic? but Odin is usually also lightning but Ramuh is already lightning?
@DragonAl01 Жыл бұрын
In an earlier episode using the Active Time Lore we discovered that Bahamut is the Eikon of Light, and Odin the Eikon of Darkness. Which brings us to 7/8 of the elements identified.
